Below is a little about me. I have loved building since I was a kid. I am a contractor, real estate broker and a business coach. My boys are now running the company which may be my great reward. This gives me a strong advantage in the industry. The bottom line is if you hire me and my company is you will be treated as a client, a friend and you will be appreciated. Randy served in the US Coast Guard with duty stations on the East Coast, Hawaii, Humboldt Bay, and patrolling the "Deadliest Catch Fishing Grounds" in Alaska on the Coast Guard Cutter Monroe (724).
After the military, Randy managed large commercial hotel chains like Embassy Suites and Hilton Hotels in Santa Rosa. He was the Chief Engineer and Executive Committee Chair at the Round Barn Hilton. He received his contractor's license in 1995 and was a home builder and contractor in Napa and Sonoma Counties.
Randy is a 30+ year veteran general contractor.
He has a deep history of community involvement, including 1st Vice President of the North Coast Builders Exchange, Chair of Economic Development Commission in Windsor, President of the Exchange Club and Redding Air Show, Member of the North Coast Hobos and countless charitable organizations.
During his tenure with the Town of Windsor as the Economic Development Commission Chair, his committee oversaw the addition of Walmart, Home Depot, McDonald's, and the conceptual design of the Windsor downtown green.
Licensed Realtor and Broker since 2003, Randy has built and led offices of up to 80 agents and trained hundreds of agents in sales and production.
Randy and his Son, Kody, run the team. Randy is the bid guy, and Kody is the foreman. We love the beautiful Willamette Valley and live in Albany.
